Harvest Dinner at 7:00pm dinner in the trophy room with welcome by BDC owners. Four courses of harvest from Niagara and Erie County farms with a bourbon tasting before dessert. Full menu will be announced prior to the event for all attending guests.
I have the joy of working alongside Buffalo Distilling Company on a regular basis in their tasting room. Now I get to bring my kitchen to the distillery. Buffalo Distilling Company is a true field to bottle distiller, working with Western New York Farms for their grains, corn and honey. The menu is inspired by the work that they do and the elevated flavors of the region. Join us for our first of many dinners together.
