We are proud to present for your pleasure, the very first Bottled in Bond whiskey made in Buffalo NY since prohibition.

What is Bottled in Bond? In short it is a legal designation offering provenance and transparency as well as consumer protection. In the case of Bottled in Bond Bourbon, it assures that every drop in each bottle has been produced from grain to glass at the Distillery labeled, aged for at least 4 years and offered at 100 proof.

It is with great pride that Buffalo Distilling Company is able to present for the first time ever, a Bottled in Bond Bourbon made with 100% local corn, wheat and malted barley in Buffalo, NY.
