Our ongoing collaboration with local farms using 100% local rye, mashed, distilled and aged in house has culminated in Buffalo’s first Rye in over 100 years and Buffalo’s first Empire Rye ever! (Empire Rye is a new nationally recognized whiskey designation specific to New York State)
Batch no.1 is limited to 300 bottles at the Distillery only, so do not sleep on this historical event. Doors open at 12 noon featuring Manhattan Specials and live music from Flatbed at 7pm.
