Born out of a family tradition of making hard cider, Apple Brandy was the first spirit we distilled back in the barn in Bennington a few years ago. Distilled on site from 100% local apples, it is the Original Humdinger for sure.

This year’s batch clocks in at just over 4 years old and is truly resplendent. Absolutely soothing straight up, in a classic Side Car or substitute in your next Old Fashioned or Manhattan for a great twist.

Available starting Saturday December 4th, at the Distillery only, in a very limited offering.
